Plymouth Crossfit recently had the grand opening of their new gym at 7707 Ronda Dr. Canton MI, 48187. The new facility is about 3 miles from the old gym. Crossfit is one of the best strength and conditioning programs available and the trainers at Plymouth Crossfit can design a fitness program for personal, group, team, or home training that is scalable to accommodate all age and fitness levels from the beginner to the elite athlete.

These are some photos I made last summer at their old gym when I was commissioned to create an advertising brochure by David Finley, who runs the gym. David is a super guy and is a very dedicated trainer. If your new year resolution is to start a fitness program, I highly recommend you get in touch with David and his staff at Plymouth Crossfit.

Shangai's skyline seems to go on indefinitely. Most of the time the city is covered in smog, but when the sky clears you can surely appreciate the grand scale of the city. It is truly impressive and is one of the largest cities I've visited in my travels. During my short visit, I walked the streets with my camera and photographed street scenes in a small downtown section of Shanghai. I was pleasantly surprised by how friendly the young people were. The young people I encountered were eager to make conversation to practice their english. I had a great time and can't wait until my next visit.
